I’m Jan-Julius Lydike, an independent consultant for IT Procurement and IT Cost Optimization based in Berlin. In strategic IT procurement since 2012 – at leading procurement consultancies and industry leaders, most recently in a manager role responsible for global purchasing of software, hardware and cloud.
My project experience ranges from global tenders and cost-out programmes to negotiations with Microsoft, SAP, VMware/Broadcom and Oracle. Analysis needs to support decisions, negotiations need to rest on solid facts, and measures need to actually get implemented.
