This data is processed exclusively to handle and respond to the respective enquiry.

The form is technically processed via the form service provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). The data entered is transmitted to Formspree, forwarded from there by email to the controller, and may also be temporarily stored on Formspree’s platform. The website itself does not store form data in its own database.

The legal basis is generally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where the enquiry is aimed at initiating or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Retention period

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective processing purpose. Data from contact enquiries is deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed, provided no statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds prevent deletion.

Where statutory retention obligations apply, the relevant data is stored for the duration of those retention periods.
